Mr. Han has 14 years of experience with the National Tax Service and 7 years of professional experience in PwC and E&Y.

He taught Korean tax officers at the National Tax Officer Training Institution from 1998 to 2001 (international tax / transfer pricing / US tax law) as a part-time professor. He was a Korean representative of the Korea-US Tax Treaty Amendment Negotiation during 1999 thru 2000.

Currently, he is the head of BEPS International at Law Firm Yang Jae.
